ZINC FREE ANTIWEAR HYDRAULIC OILS are manufactured from high VI paraffin base oil fortifi ed with anti-wear, corrosion, oxidation, and foam inhibitor to provide maximum protection to motors and hydraulic systems. ZINC FREE ANTIWEAR HYDRAULIC OIL contains a unique combination of phosphorus, sulfur, anti-wear and friction modifying chemical components as well as a combination of metal passivator, demulsifiers, rust inhibitor and defoamer for longer fluid life.

Typical Uses :

Recommended for vane, gear, and piston type hydraulic pumps operating over 1000psi.
Also recommended for hydraulic pumps operating at lower than 1000psi.
Widely used in machine tools, presses, die casting equipment, plastic injection molding machines, circulating systems and hydraulic control systems.
Used in lubrication of plain and anti-friction bearings, lubricators, reciprocating air compressors, and moderately loaded gear sets.
